Model S657 DC Voltage Transducer features an effective, accurate and reliable solution to measure DC voltage. It produces a fully isolated 4 to 20mA current loop, where without and input voltage present the transducer outputs 4mA and at full scale it outputs 20mA proportional to the input voltage. The transducers are operated in a two wire or three wire loop power configuration and have an input voltage range from ±75mV to ±2000V, with a 5kV AC isolation. The units can withstand without performance failure or degradation, an overload transient of 6kVdc for 100µ-sec.
The S657 Series delivers high accuracy (±0.5%) over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, operates with a supply voltage from +19Vdc to +32Vdc, is low powered and fast responding. The unit’s molded construction and internal epoxy encapsulation creates a very durable transducer, withstanding the environments of moisture, humidity, vibration and shock.
The S657DC Voltage Transducer comes standard with a dual connector interface, with mating connectors and pins for easy installation.
