We are proud of our reputation for creating products that stand up to the rigorous demands of space flight, defense, commercial air and other challenging, high reliability applications. We have in-house testing ability to most DO-160E, MIL-Spec and industrial standards. This speeds the development time and, for production, ensures effective burn-in to improve reliability. Customers can rely on AAC to stand behind every product we sell, from design through implementation. Our commitment to quality includes full traceability of all parts used in construction.
Our ability to provide quick turnaround and high reliability for custom designs is due to our in-house engineering expertise in electronics, magnetics and mechanical design, and our extensive investment in design automation and advanced manufacturing and testing tools. We also design and build our own magnetics. This translates into rapid production of ‘first article’ custom designs. For most customizations, production and delivery of first article can be within two weeks after design approval – in many cases with full environmental and performance testing included.
