Product Description

Model S623 DC Current Level Detector features an effective and accurate solution to monitor DC current. The detector is available with or without a bus bar depending on customer application. A conductor wire is either routed through a 1.5 inch thru-hole which provides non-intrusive and isolated method of measuring current or cables are connected to the split bus bar for retrofit applications. After the input current reaches the desired threshold, the relay is energized. Internal high precision reference guarantees reliable and repeatable measurement. The unit can be adjusted from ±10Adc to ±50Adc and capable of withstanding continuous overload of 1000Adc.

The S623 Series delivers performance accuracy over a temperature range from -25°C to +70°C and operates with a supply voltage from +25Vdc to +45Vdc. The unit’s molded construction and internal epoxy encapsulation creates a durable detector, withstanding environments of moisture, humidity, vibration and shock.

The S623 DC Current Level Detector comes standard with a barrier interface and an optional 1.50″ diameter split nickel plated copper bus bar.
