Product Description

Model S1149 Bidirectional Current Transducer provides an isolated 4 to 20mA current loop, where without an input current present, the transducer outputs 12mA, at minus full scale the transducer outputs 4mA and at positive full scale the unit outputs 20mA.  The transducer’s have an input current range from 0 to ±600Adc (DC to 1kHz Frequency Range) and can withstand, without performance degradation or damage, an overload of 10KAdc.

The S1149 Series delivers performance accuracy over a temperature range from -40°C to +85°C, operates with a supply voltage from +16Vdc to +40Vdc, is low powered and fast responding.  The unit’s tin-plated brass alloy housing is hermetically sealed, with the internal components encapsulated; creating a rugged and durable transducer.  The transducer is capable of withstanding environments of moisture, humidity, vibration, shock and altitude, without damage or performance degradation.

The S1149 Bidirectional Current Transducer comes standard with a 1.12” (2.84cm) thru-hole, is light weight and  available with a connector interface.
